Alivox remains at the forefront of language identification software and services, and has recently developed accent identification in its latest release. Alivox’ goal is to facilitate a fundamental change in telephone call handling by the use of language and accent knowledge. Its product ALiS (Automatic Language Identification System) delivers an accurate and fast language or accent identification of a clip of speech (3 seconds) , both live in real time or recorded. This global solution is aimed directly at Multilingual Call Centres and their suppliers, Speech to Text companies, at the growing Speech Analytics and Voice Recording Analytics markets.

Alivox is a high tech spinout from the University of Edinburgh’s world class School of Speech and Language.
